Open Exploration, Parent-Child Co-Creation" Employee Family Day
On May 24, 2025, Cabio's Employee Open Day, themed "Open Exploration, Parent-Child Co-creation", invited employee families to enter the enterprise for Q&A interactions, workshop tours, and joyful games. It also joined hands with public welfare, delivering warmth through books and walking. The event allowed children and parents to spend a warm and fun-filled parent-child time at the company. Let's review this meaningful and warm-hearted journey together!
Activity Highlights
Guided by volunteers and staff, children followed their parents to the training room at the beginning. They learned "Workshop Safety Guidelines" through interactive Q&A. The children listened carefully, actively raised hands to answer questions, helped teammates with supplements, and won points for the team.
After a brief introduction to the clean production area, the children became curious about the workshop. Wearing safety helmets, they followed volunteers in an orderly line to visit the workshop.
"Why do we need to wear protective clothing in the clean workshop?" "What else can that robot do?" The children asked questions as they walked, and volunteers answered them. A child named Zhou Yucheng shared his feelings: "I thought the workshop would have many people working together, but I didn't expect it to be such a clean and bright space where robots can be controlled via screens. It makes me feel the progress of the times and the changes over the years." This special tour of the clean workshop not only allowed children to experience the warmth of technology but also appreciate the charm of intelligent manufacturing.
If the visit was a journey of knowledge expansion, the following fun games became an ocean of joy. In the "Angry Birds" game, children acted as little archers, using wisdom and skills to launch "birds" and knock down targets. The "Hula Hoop Relay" game tested parent-child teamwork—holding hands, they passed the hula hoop through their bodies, experiencing the power of cooperation amid laughter. The intense "Pillow Fight" pushed the event to a climax, with parents and children "attacking" each other with soft pillows, and cheers and applause filling the air.
In addition, traditional sports like badminton and table tennis were popular, where parents and children sweated it out and enjoyed the joy of sports.
Beyond the fun, the event was filled with love and warmth. It called for donating idle books and launching a public welfare step-donation activity. Meanwhile, it advocated active participation in Alashan's endangered fish protection program, encouraging everyone to donate and "do good together"!
The journey of open exploration and parent-child co-creation has no end, and the practice of public welfare never stops. Thank you to every participating employee and family member. Special thanks to these shining children—you make knowledge cross mountains and seas, let steps measure love, adding value to growth and boosting responsibility!
